More about Frank:
Whether you're struggling with a particular issue or a general sense of overwhelm, I can help.
The current situation we find ourselves in, post the Covid pandemic can be unsettling and stressful.
I have worked with a wide range of clients since 2014 dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem and relationship issues. I have a particular interest in working with clients who have struggled with an issue for some time or find themselves repeating the same unhealthy patterns, who may have tried other forms of support without success.
The most important part of finding a therapist, is finding one that you can click with. It's not so much about finding a best friend but someone who feels safe and is willing to work in a way that feels right for you.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy achieved from the Sherwood Psychotherapist Training Institute, in association with Coventry University. I am an Accredited Member of British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP (Accred.) I adhere to their Ethical Framework. Inline with this I have ongoing monthly Clinical Supervision to ensure my work is both safe and effective. I also undertake regular Continual Professional Development (CPD) training to keep my knowledge and skills fresh and up to date.
