About me

As a Counsellor and Psychotherapist, I provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their challenges and work towards healing and growth.

My approach is Humanistic and Integrative. I recognise that each individual's journey is unique and requires a tailored approach. I work with clients to address a range of issues, like anxiety, low mood, trauma, and relationship difficulties from diverse populations, including those with mental health issues, substance misuse, and complex trauma.

I believe that finding the right therapist is crucial, which is why I offer a complimentary 15-minute 'hello' video call to determine if we're a good fit. This initial consultation allows you to ask questions and get a sense of my approach first-hand.

My qualifications include an BSc in Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am a qualified Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working in statutory organisations, including the NHS and the Criminal Justice System. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my private practice.

I'm committed to ongoing professional development to ensure my skills and knowledge remain up to date. If you're looking for a supportive and non-judgmental space to explore your challenges, I'd be honoured to work with you.

I offer video and face-to-face sessions with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. My fees are �60 per session.
