About me

Hello, my name is Marek. I'm a BACP accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist, offering therapy online and face to face in London.

I began my clinical work with adults since 2011, that includes a range of presenting difficulties such as anxiety, addictions, depression, relationship issues, low self esteem, stress, trauma, to name a few.

Therapy is very individual and I do understand, that finding a right therapist can take some time. I offer safe space wherein you may share any of your concerns, perhaps those you think you can not or are struggling with in day to day life. As a therapist, I am here to support you as best as I can. Therefore, right from the start, you can ask me any questions you have, and we would be able to co create a way of working together.

My therapeutic approach is an Integrative, which means that I use elements of Humanistic/ Person Centred, Psychodynamic, Gestalt, CBT-Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, to find the most suitable way of working. This means, that I work with you and your life experiences in the moment. Together, we will be defining any unhelpful thoughts, feelings, behaviours or patters that might be holding you back or stopping you from managing life challenges.

I offer a free 15min initial telephone consultation for you to see if I might be able to support you with your needs for therapy.
