About me

I am an experienced Clinical Psychologist who has worked with adults and young people with a variety of different mental health difficulties. I am fully registered and offer a variety of evidence-based psychological therapies for a range of difficulties. I specialise in supporting individuals with psychological difficulties as a result of their experience of trauma and I have published research in this area. I also work with anxiety, stress/overwhelm, OCD, panic, eating disorders and relationship difficulties. I offer online appointments, with both evening and weekend availability.

I deliver a range of evidence-based interventions including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR. I work in a person-centered way and therapy is based on an individualised understanding of your difficulties following a period of assessment. This can often involve integration of other therapies such as CFT and ACT.

I recognise how difficult it can be to take that first step and reach out for support, and can assure you that I will respond to your needs in a compassionate and sensitive way. If you want to discuss working with me, please email me and we can arrange a free 15-minute initial consultation where we can consider together if I am a good fit for you.

Areas of interest

I have a specialist interest in supporting individuals who have experienced psychological difficulties as a result of their experience of trauma.
