About me
*Accepting new clients for remote therapy only*
I am a dedicated and compassionate CBT therapist with a strong focus on helping individuals navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, long-term health conditions and substance use. With a deep understanding of how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are interconnected, I use evidence-based cognitive-behavioral techniques to empower clients to make lasting positive changes in their lives.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative and supportive process, where we work together to identify unhelpful thought patterns, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience. My approach is tailored to meet each client's unique needs, whether that's managing a chronic illness, overcoming addiction, or improving emotional well-being.
I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, gain insights, and develop the skills they need to live a more fulfilling life. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and capable of making meaningful changes that support your long-term mental and emotional health.
I offer a free of charge 15 minute consultation, where we can briefly discuss main areas of concerns, what support you require and to establish if we are the right fit. If you are interested in starting therapy, exploring how you feel, exploring why you feel/think/behave this way, and you are keen in breaking out of "vicious cycles", then please email me on i.kosmidi@hotmail.com to book your free consultation.
