About me

Dr Pinar Marasli is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with over 13 years of experience working across a range of NHS primary and secondary care mental health services. Alongside her private practice, she currently works part-time within an NHS adult service.

She has extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and sexual health concerns, including low sexual desire, erectile difficulties, and vaginismus. Dr Marasli has a particular specialist interest in working with individuals experiencing longstanding emotional and interpersonal difficulties related to attachment issues and early childhood trauma.

Dr Marasli has worked across a variety of specialist services including Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), sexual health services, and mood, anxiety, and personality disorder services. She adopts an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on evidence-based models including Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychodynamic therapy, and systemic approaches to tailor treatment to each individual's needs.

She is committed to providing a safe, compassionate, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel understood and supported to make meaningful and lasting changes to their wellbeing, relationships, and quality of life.
