About me

I am a full-time psychotherapist and counsellor, with over fifteen years experience of working in private practice and within the voluntary sector.

I trained as an Integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with a range of theoretical approaches, including Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural and Positive Therapy.

I have experience working with adults who have issues relating to adoption, addictions, alcohol, (including adult children of alcoholics), anxiety, bereavement, child sexual abuse, domestic abuse, eating disorders, parenting, phobias, relationships, stress, trauma and work issues.

I offer face to face and online sessions, via Zoom.

I am based in Northwood Hills, near to Northwood Hills tube station and can offer day, evening and Saturday morning appointments. My practice is within easy reach of Northwood, Pinner, Uxbridge, Stanmore, Harrow and Hillingdon.
