About me

Hi, my name is Jenny and I'm a counsellor offering sessions remotely on Zoom, Nationwide and in person in Guildford, Surrey.

As humans we have a deep yearning to be understood. My job is to try help my clients gain self-understanding and clarity, and to help empower them to build trust in their inner resources to face life's challenges.

I commonly work with clients with issues such as:
Anxiety, Depression, Self-esteem issues, Relationship difficulties (individuals only), Mental Health and Neurodivergence, Women in mid-life, caring for children and/or elderly parents, Navigating significant loss/life changes

Outside my Private Practice, I work for a Mental Health Support charity, supporting clients with a wide range of life challenges.
