About me

Hi, my name is Jenny and I'm a counsellor offering sessions remotely on Zoom, Nationwide and in person in Guildford, Surrey.

As humans we have a deep yearning to be understood. My job is to try help my clients gain self-understanding and clarity, and to help empower them to build trust in their inner resources to face life's challenges.

I commonly work with clients with issues such as:
- Anxiety
- Depression
- Self-esteem issues
- Relationship difficulties (individuals only)
- Student pressures and Mental Health
- Abstinence maintenance following addictions
- Healing from painful family dynamics?

I have been a volunteer teen mentor with the YMCA and worked as a volunteer counsellor at Catalyst Support, offering counselling to clients with addiction issues and their family members. Outside my Private Practice, I work for a Mental Health Support charity, supporting clients with a wide range of life challenges.
