About me

About me
I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, an EMDR Europe Accredited Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and have been a clinical practitioner for 20+ years.
My specialist areas of interest are supporting adults whose lives have been negatively impacted by trauma, depression, anxiety, and physical injury.
My work stems from a humanistic approach valuing collaboration with my clients to encourage a safe/secure base which encourages clients to discuss their concerns. I draw on my extensive training of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) adopting the best bespoke approach for my clients' needs. I offer short to medium work.
I have experience in the NHS (adults including asylum seekers), 3rd sector organisations (homelessness/substance misuse). Client presentations have included trauma, depression, anxiety, eating challenges.
I welcome enquiries from working aged adults.
