I specialise in ADHD, Attachment, Relationship issues Anxiety, Codependency, Childhood and Adult Trauma and Depression.

I work in an integrative way meaning that I intuitively draw from multiple approaches to suit your needs.

I am aware it can be hard to look for the right help at the right time. Maybe you've previously seen a counsellor and felt it was not as successful as you had hoped. That's okay, sometimes it takes the right time, with the counsellor that is the best 'fit' for you.

My approach is founded on warmth, authenticity, and a keen focus on interpersonal relationships. A good relationship can serve as a cornerstone for a fulfilling, happier life, and I specialise in addressing challenges that hinder such connections, including codependency, attachment styles, and love addiction.
