About me

I am a Chartered Physiotherapist with over eight years of experience, specialising in pelvic, obstetric, and gynaecological physiotherapy. I offer expert care for a wide range of conditions, including pelvic floor disorders, pregnancy-related issues, and men's health concerns.

I treat a variety of conditions related to the pelvic floor and surrounding structures. This includes managing pelvic floor disorders including incontinence and prolapse, as well as chronic pelvic pain conditions such as vulvodynia, vaginismus, and bladder pain syndrome. I also treat bowel conditions including constipation, faecal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. I am a MummyMOT Practitioner and I offer specialised postnatal rehabilitation.

For men, I provide care for conditions like prostatitis and post-prostatectomy rehabilitation. My goal is to deliver comprehensive care that improves function, alleviates pain, and enhances overall quality of life.

Treatments may include pelvic floor training, clinical pilates, biofeedback, stimulation, pessary fitting, chronic pain management and women's health acupuncture.

Since graduating, I have built a diverse international career in pelvic physiotherapy and clinical pilates including working in Switzerland and Australia. My background includes extensive experience as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS, where I covered pelvic, obstetric, and gynaecological physiotherapy, as well as musculoskeletal specialties. In these roles, I have collaborated closely with specialists, midwives, and consultants to provide a comprehensive, multidisciplinary service.
