Following over a decade of work in Specialist Mental Health Services, within the NHS, I have developed my own practice, The Hudson Project Limited. I work with people who are experiencing a range of different difficulties and have also specialised in Perinatal Mental Health and the relationships between a parent and their child. I work with people who are experiencing Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, OCD, Birth Trauma, phobia of birth (Tokophobia), difficulties with bonding, gender disappointment, difficulties with adjustment, low self-esteem and PTSD. I offer integrative treatment plans to fit with your individual needs, your previous experiences and the symptoms that you are experiencing. I work predominantly using Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR).
