About me

We all have days when our thoughts and feelings can feel overwhelming, making it tough to connect with ourselves. Finding the right person to talk to can sometimes be a challenge, especially if reaching out to friends or loved ones feels difficult.

I'm here to offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your feelings at your own pace. My counselling approach combines various therapeutic methods, including creative techniques, to help you express emotions that might be hard to put into words. You don't need to be artistic to benefit from this process; it's about finding a way to connect with your experiences.

Whether you're looking for short- or long-term support, I provide both face-to-face and video sessions, ensuring you feel understood and supported as you work toward your personal goals.

If you feel that talking with me could help, please don't hesitate to reach out by phone or email.
