Mr. Ihsan Mahmood is a highly skilled and fellowship-trained Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with over 15 years of experience in the field. Renowned for his expertise in hip and knee surgery, he specialises in hip and knee replacements, knee arthroscopy, and general orthopaedic care. Mr. Mahmood is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient outcomes through the use of cutting-edge techniques, including minimally invasive hip replacements and computer-navigated knee surgery. He also offers patients specific "Conformis" total knee replacement.

Mr. Mahmood completed his higher specialist training in Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery in the North East of England, earning his Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT). To further refine his skills, he undertook prestigious fellowships in:

Complex Trauma at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Glasgow.

Sports Knee Surgery at Northern General Hospital, Sheffield.

Advanced Joint Replacement and Revision Surgery at Auckland City Hospital, New Zealand, where he gained world-class expertise in complex knee and hip replacements, revision surgery, and the integration of robotics and navigation technologies.

Currently, Mr. Mahmood serves as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert, Scotland.
