Claudia is a passionate Holistic Physiotherapist who earned her BSc (Honours) in Physiotherapy in 2006, followed by a first-class Master's in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2008.
With over 18 years of experience in MSK and Sports Rehab, she specializes in hypermobility-related injuries, chronic pain, and postnatal recovery coaching.
In 2015, she founded MovementHolic in London, integrating Physiotherapy, Pilates, Movement Training, and holistic care to help patients achieve lasting recovery and enhanced body health.
Claudia is also a certified Connect Therapy practitioner who excels in treating MSK and sports injuries. She is passionate about supporting women through their Pre- and Postnatal journey, helping them regain strength, address MSK concerns, and restore confidence in their bodies.
