I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and trained in various other therapy's including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) , Behavioural Activation (BA)

I have gained extensive knowledge of working within mental health services for over 20 years. I have supported children, adolescents and adults through a range of difficulties using evidence based interventions.
