About me

I am a BABCP Accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) and Accredited Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Practitioner with EMDR UK and Europe. I am also trained in a variety of other evidence based therapies.

I have gained extensive knowledge of working within mental health services for over 20 years. I have supported children, adolescents and adults through a range of difficulties.
