About me

I am a haematologist working within the NHS since 2016 as a consultant with interest in both haemato-oncology and general haematology. Having graduated in India in 2004, I commenced my junior doctor and higher specialist training in the U.K, successfully achieving MRCP, FRCPath and CCT in 2016 . Currently I work in a level 2b centre delivering outpatient and inpatient haematology care across a range of conditions such as acute and chronic leaukemias, aggressive and indolent lymphomas, myelomas. My work also involves general haematological conditions such as anemias, bleeding and thrombosis and platelet disorders.
My special areas of interest are lymphomas and CLL where I hold the lead role. I also hold certain trust positions over and above my haematology role.
My aim in the private sector is to deliver high quality rapid access care to my patients bypassing long NHS waiting lists, offer flexibility of choice to suit busier individuals. I also work in the capacity of laboratory lead in the private sector liasing with other specialties in a consultative and collaborative approach.
