About me
I am a Clinical Psychologist working in the NHS and private practice. I understand starting therapy can be daunting, and so I aim to create a safe, compassionate space within which you can explore your concerns.
I have specialised experience working with individuals who have experienced cancer, blood disorders, other physical health difficulties and psychosexual issues. I also support individuals with other issues such as anxiety, panic, health anxiety, low mood, stress/burnout, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem and loss.
I aim to work collaboratively with you to develop a more complete understanding of your difficulties, and balance this with the practical work needed to facilitate change. I use an integrative approach, drawing on CBT, CFT and ACT. I also aim to build on your strengths, and work towards your personal goals.
I offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation where we can discuss your goals and expectations from therapy. Please feel free to reach out by email or phone call and we can arrange a consultation.
