About me

Welcome, it is so important that you are able to make a good connection with your therapist. I offer easy to engage with Integrative Person-Centred Humanistic therapy, to a wide range of clients. People often find reaching out for help very difficult. With that in mind, I use my years of experience to reduce that pressure. To form an empathic collaborative, trauma informed therapy plan, bespoke to each individual. I work mindfully with neurodiversity and gender/cultural diversity. Subjects often include PTSD/trauma/anxiety/grief/relationships/stress/ADHD and autism emotional therapy.
I am an insured, and accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) registered, Enhanced DBS checked. I am a registered practitioner with the International Association for Rewind Therapy and also The Foundation for Infant Loss. I have counselled both in a hospice setting and now in private practice and for a Kent based, well known Trauma counselling charity.

Areas of interest

Trauma informed counselling/psychotherapy for ages 18+, Complex grief (Child loss/Infertility/IVF), Complex trauma (PTSD/symptoms), difficulties in relationships, finding healthy ways to improve confidence, managing stress/anxiety/depression, support for survivors of abuse/crime/discrimination (non-pre-trial). Help to cope with life limiting/restrictive health conditions (including carers), support with past or present emotional difficulties. ADHD/Neuro diversity stresses/burnout.
