About me

Welcome, I am an experienced, qualified and insured, Person-Centred Humanistic counsellor, offering empathic collaborative trauma informed therapy sessions, from my central Maidstone office.
I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I am also registered with the ICO (Information Commissioner's Office) and I hold an enhanced DBS check. Sessions are easy to engage with and here to help you when your normal ways of coping are not enough.

Areas of interest

Trauma informed counselling/psychotherapy for ages 18+, Complex grief (Child loss/Infertility/IVF), Complex trauma (PTSD/symptoms), difficulties in relationships, finding healthy ways to improve confidence, managing stress/anxiety/depression, support for survivors of crime/discrimination (non-pre-trial). Help to cope with life limiting/restrictive health conditions (including carers), support with past or present emotional difficulties. ADHD/Neuro diverse aspects welcome.
