About me

I'm a psychotherapist specialising in CBT and EMDR, with 11 years experience within the NHS and private practise.
Are you struggling with a lack of motivation concentration, over or under eating, poor sleep or feeling unheard? Do you feel on edge all the time not progressing in life in the way you would like to?
Then perhaps I can help you to better understand what you're experiencing and what needs to happen to break this cycle you find yourself in.

I will help you to take a holistic approach to your problems and identify the triggers so that we can work on creating change together. I work in an idiosyncratic way to help you achieve your goals for therapy. Working together I aim to help you to become your own mini therapist, by noticing the warning signs and knowing what to put in place to help you to start the healing process.
