About me

Emma is a highly skilled osteopath who holds a Master's degree from the University College of Osteopathy, following four years of experience as a sports massage therapist and swimming coach.

Her passion lies in treating a diverse range of patients, tailoring her approach to meet each individual's unique needs. Emma primarily employs a structural approach, incorporating a variety of techniques such as joint manipulation, articulation, soft tissue release, medical acupuncture, stretching, and exercise rehabilitation.

Her goal is not only to alleviate pain but also to address underlying barriers to health and educate patients on preventing future issues. Through her comprehensive and personalised treatments, Emma strives to promote long-term well-being and reduce the likelihood of recurring pain.
