About me

With over 10 years of experience working in hospice settings offering therapy to individuals and groups, I have dedicated my career to supporting people through some of the most challenging times of their lives.

Horizon Grief Counselling is my private practice, allowing me to focus on my specialist areas, providing confidential bereavement and loss counselling.

I am an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and therefore adhere to their ethical guidelines.

As a professional I am also a registered member of the Information Commissioners Office to comply with data protection law.

Areas of interest

I specialise in working with end-of-life clients, bereavement including individuals coping with baby and child loss, and those living with cancer and other chronic conditions.

Additionally, my own personal experience of grief has deepened my empathy and understanding allowing me to connect with and support a diverse range of people.
