About me

I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a Practitioner Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

I offer counselling and psychological therapy online, by telephone, and face-to-face near Exeter, Devon.

I have a particular interest in supporting women during midlife and menopause, as well as individuals living with physical health conditions. My practice is trauma-informed, recognising the impact that past experiences can have on emotional wellbeing, relationships, and daily life.

I am also RNIB-accredited in Counselling for Sight Loss and have experience supporting people adjusting to changes in health, disability, and life circumstances.

I integrate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to meet each client's individual needs, including:

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)
Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
