About me

I am a British Psychological Society Chartered Counselling Psychologist and registered practitioner of the Health and Care Professions Council.

I offer psychological therapy/ counselling psychology online, by telephone and face-to-face near Exeter, Devon.

I have a special interest in psychological therapy for women in middle age, and clients with physical health conditions. .

I take a trauma-informed approach to my therapeutic work. I am an RNIB accredited for Counselling for Sight Loss.
