About me

I am a British Psychological Society Chartered Counselling Psychologist and registered practitioner of the Health and Care Professions Council.

I offer psychological therapy/ psychotherapy online, by telephone and face-to-face near Exeter, Devon.

I have a special interest in psychological therapy for long-term health conditions and sight loss.

I am trauma-informed and I am an RNIB accredited for Counselling for Sight Loss.

Therapeutic approaches I draw on and integrate include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion-focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution-focused Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Transactional Analysis.

I can help with: long-term health conditions, sight loss, anxiety/worry, low mood/ depression, body image, self-esteem/ confidence, bereavement/ loss and relationships/ attachments.
