About me

I am an Integrative Counsellor, incorporating CBT and elements of Transactional Analysis and Psychodynamic therapies into my practise. I believe in tailor-making sessions to individuals, believing each person to be unique. My previous career was working in London (City & West End) and then in Manchester, working in the corporate and voluntary sectors. I like to describe myself as a 'life enhancer', facilitating growth in self-awareness and development and renewing vision for the future. I have a professional approach but have a warm and accepting nature and have a passion for seeing people achieve their potential.
