About me

I qualified as a therapist in 2016. Since then I have been growing my professional practice and have enjoyed the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients. What I love most about the work I do is being part of meaningful change in a client's life.

I am passionate about mental health and believe that everyone should be able access therapy. At one time or another in life, we all need space to talk out the things that are troubling us. There's no shame in talking about your issues. Indeed, it's through talking that you stand a better chance of being able to work things out.

When we work together, please don't expect me to give you a long list of things to try. I believe that you know what will work for you, I will be there to help you find that and hopefully to celebrate your success.

I hope that if we get to work together, you'll find me compassionate and empathetic. I would like to create a safe space for you to allow you to get in touch with your own wisdom. I work in a relaxed, informal way, we may even find ourselves laughing from time to time.

Sessions with me will be held either over the phone or by using webcam. I have plenty of experience in working this way, some clients prefer the anonymity of this approach. Currently, I am not able to work in person but am happy to look to provide this in the future if necessary.
