About me

I hold a CPCAB level 4 Diploma in integrative therapeutic counselling from the Counselling and Psychotherapy Training Academy. I work from a range of methodologies with a non-directive; 'person centred' foundation.
I have been involved in personal development and particularly in drug and alcohol recovery, for over 30 years.
I have also worked in both a sales environment and in the entertainment industry for many years and understand the pressures and stresses involved in both of those fields.
I work with adults on a one-to-one basis and can help anxiety, anger, obsession, feeling 'different', low self-esteem, grief, family and relationship problems.

Areas of interest

I have specialist knowledge and experience in working with drug or alcohol problems and compulsive behaviours.

I have undertaken continued training in working with OCD.
