I am ready to explore with you..be beside you as you find a way through what is emotionally happening for you..whatever that may look like, in a safe space.

If you're in a place where what you're hearing is 'You're holding up well!', 'You're getting over it!' or you are telling yourself, 'you need to carry on' when actually you want to scream, hide or you're worrying what's next as it's just too much already; on top of that is guilt for feeling like this. This is an example of what the space is for.

My name is Natalie and as your therapeutic counsellor, I can offer support with abuse, anxiety, bereavement, low self esteem, losses, personal development, relationship difficulties, stress and trauma.
