About me

Do you find yourself caught in a cycle of unhappiness and stress? Are you feeling trapped in patterns you can't seem to escape? Do you crave a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences? I want to help you in a way that feels accessible and comfortable for you. I am a Clinical Psychologist, CBT therapist and trauma focused therapist. I have helped clients navigate various mental health challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, anger management, stress, and relationship difficulties.

With over 8 years of experience, I foster a safe space where clients can explore their challenges and embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth and recovery. I utilise evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

In our sessions, you'll find a safe space to make positive changes in your life. I'll focus on building a strong therapeutic relationship with you to help you feel comfortable and supported and benefit from our time together. Please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute conversation to discuss my approach and see if we're the right fit.
