About me

I am an experienced and creative Senior Counsellor with a broad and diverse clinical expertise. I bring my own creative and international experience from working in both corporate and the not-for-profit sector to my practice. Providing Adult Psychotherapy, Counselling and Consultancy Services face to face in London SE7 and online, I use a tailored approach, drawing from a variety of psychological schools - all framed within a Rogerian Humanistic model. I aim to generate an environment that is equal, professional and open at all times to joint collaboration, adjustment and review. My specialism is the management of high-risk cases and creating bespoke clinical pathways for the individual. Working to both a short term and long term model, I have experience with anxiety, low mood, relationship struggles, stress and inner conflict, LGBTQI+ , workplace issues, abuse, disability, and bullying / harassment. I also provide Management Consultancy for work related HR issues, Coaching and Advice.
