About me

Why consider me to be your Counsellor?

Because you deserve the time and attention to get to the roots of your pain and your dilemmas. Working with me is the way forward to resolution, release and relief.

I am a BACP Accredited counsellor. I offer an Integrative modality, respectful of the psychodynamic roots of your personality, celebrating the person-centred abilities of yourself the client, and open to the methodology of CBT when that suits the client's needs and wishes.

My approach is to help the client uncover and deepen their awareness of the key issues in their lives, accompanying them as they work through them to a greater sense of peace and fulfilment.

I am very widely experienced in community, education and small business fields, with hundreds of hours of counselling practice through Barnardos, Cruse Bereavement; Employee Assistance programmes, and private practice.

I have particular training in Attachment issues within the family, living with Autism, caring for those with special needs, and spiritual identity issues.

Practice description
