About us

I am a specialist MSK Physiotherapist with over a decade of experience working with people from a variety of backgrounds from day to day issues all the way through to professional sport causing problems.
My approach includes an indepth assessment where we look at the way that you move as well as complete some tests. We then complete treatment on the day which may involve exercise alongside hands on sessions. Finally, we come together to develop a great plan that works for you because there are always things that you CAN do despite your pain, injury or illness.
