About me

As an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist with personal experience of ADHD and learning disabilities, I bring a wealth of expertise and multicultural understanding to my practice. My diverse heritage (Thai, Vietnamese, Laotian, and Chinese) enables me to deeply appreciate and navigate multiculturalism, diversity, and family dynamics. Fluent in English and Thai, I've conducted over 4,000 psychological therapy sessions, working with clients from the UK, EU countries, USA, Nigeria, Turkey, India, Taiwan, Singapore, and Thailand.

I earned my doctorate in counselling psychology from Glasgow Caledonian University and a master's degree in psychology with Merit (2:1) from the University of Stirling. Additionally, I was a fellow of the Dalai Lama Fellows program at the University of Virginia (US, 2018-2019), where I practiced mind training to enhance self-awareness, self-care, resilience, and cross-cultural connections. In 2020, I received a certificate in Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Life from The University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre.
