About me

My work is integrative with a person-centred foundation and a trauma informed approach. This means that I may use different styles of counselling depending on your needs. However, you are always at the heart of the work we do together. We will work at your pace and to your agenda. You may choose to tell me if you have a clinical diagnosis but my focus is on your individual experience rather than treating a condition.
