About me

I am an experienced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor registered with and accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have over fifteen years' experience of working with adults of all ages, students and teenagers (16-18yrs). I offer both face to face and online therapy sessions from a quiet and private therapy room in Crowborough with free parking onsite and wheelchair accessability.

I understand that life can be overwhelming at times and that deciding to seek out therapy can be a difficult decision. I, therefore, offer a free initial consultation so that I can get an understanding about what it is that brings you to therapy and you can find out more about the way that we might work together.

?If you choose to contact me, there is no obligation and I will put you at ease and treat your enquiry with confidentiality. If we agree to work together, I usually suggest that we initially contract for 6 sessions at a regular time each week, and then review our progress.
