About me

I am an experienced, integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist who has held Head of Service and Clinical Lead roles in the Education sector alongside my Company Director position for wellness-focussed 'MSTherapeutic'.
I am a specialist in Wellbeing in Education and work closely with practitioners in the field as a Consultant, Trainer and Clinical Supervisor.
I am able to employ a psychoanalytic approach to therapeutic work and am equally versatile in the delivery of person-centred therapy as well as trauma-focussed CBT.
Compatibility between therapist and client is key, as the relationship built over the course of therapy is integral to its effectiveness, this principle lies at the heart of my work.
