About me
I currently have availability on Mondays; this can be either face to face (next to Norwich Cathedral) or online.
I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with adults, adolescents and children with a wide range of difficulties. Alongside my private practice with Compassion Projection, I am also a Clinical Psychologist within the NHS.
I am trained in a range of different therapies to both help make sense what is causing you difficulties (and what keeps the problem going), and come up with a range of interventions tailored specifically to you and what you need. My approach is heavily influenced by Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT), but I also draw from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Systemic approached. This essentially means that you received a bespoke approach based on exactly what it is that you need.
If you would like any more information about me or my approach, please do have a look at my website, or feel free to contact me by email to arrange a free initial call. I am an inclusive, warm and compassionate Clinical Psychologist; it's important that you feel we are a good match before signing up for sessions, to allow us to build a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship.
