About me

Hi, I am a BABCP accredited cognitive behavioural therapist and a previously registered Occupational Therapist. I worked in NHS for 18 years before becoming a self employed psychotherapist. My experience has always been in mental health services. I provide personalised CBT for people with anxiety disorders e.g. OCD, health anxiety, Generalised anxiety disorder (worry about everything), panic disorder, phobias, social anxiety, PTSD, low self esteem and depression. I also look at wellbeing issues e.g. sleep. I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing for trauma and anxiety. I am available Tuesday to Thursday throughout the day until 7pm only.

Are you feeling lonely yet surrounded by others, out of place, just getting by, or putting a 'mask' on for everyone else, if so, then have a chat with me and see what I can offer you.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - We look at how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours are keeping you stuck in a vicious cycle and the triggers that keep them going.

EMDR is a specialist psychotherapy specifically dealing with trauma and some anxiety disorders.
