About me

Life can be tough at times, but my privileged experience of seeing many clients change their lives for the better with the help of therapy has left me with an unshakable hope that everyone, whatever their current trials and struggles, can live valued and happy lives.

Whether you are feeling down, lost, fearful or worthless - about work, relationships, social life, or the future of the planet - or indeed struggling to overcome a trauma in your life, I will listen to your story with kindness and in total confidence.

We can then decide together whether my approach will help you move forward.
I am an experienced, fully qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, with a specialism in third-wave Mindfulness-based approaches, based in West London.

I have 14 years experience in the NHS, offering therapy to adults with common emotional difficulties like depression, anxiety, stress and low-self-esteem, as well as offering supervision and training to colleagues. More recently I worked in a private clinic offering Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy to clients with complex and treatment-resistant mental health problems.

Areas of interest

I offer both short and long-term interventions working with adults who present with:

Anxiety Disorders
Anger management difficulties
Chronic Pain and other Physical Health Conditions
Depression
Low Self-Esteem
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder
PTSD and Complex PTSD
Chronic stress and burnout

Addiction issues
Psychedelic preparation and integration (for harm reduction purposes)

I work mainly within the cognitive behavioural family of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-focused Therapy (CFT) and Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
