About me
Mr Jasani is a highly experienced Consultant Spinal Surgeon with comprehensive dual fellowship training in both orthopaedic and neurosurgical spinal surgery. His practice covers the full spectrum of adult and paediatric spinal conditions, with particular expertise in neck (cervical) surgery, complex spinal reconstruction, and children's spine surgery, including scoliosis.
In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Jasani is the Lead Spine Surgeon for spinal tumours, overseeing the surgical management of both primary and secondary tumours affecting the spine. He also plays a key role in the treatment of traumatic spinal injuries, working within multidisciplinary teams to manage unstable and high?risk spinal trauma cases.
Mr Jasani has been instrumental in advancing spinal surgery techniques within his Trust. He introduced microsurgical spine techniques to the Spinal Surgical Unit and continues to lead the development, evaluation, and application of minimally invasive spinal surgery.
Known for his clear communication, thorough assessments, and individualised treatment planning. Mr Jasani works closely with patients and families to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and expected outcomes, ensuring informed decision?making at every stage of care.
