About me

I am a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who has extensive experience working with complex trauma and populations. She is passionate about utilising psychology to work alongside other professionals to reach the individuals' end goals.

My passion and specialism mostly revolve around offering trauma support to individuals who have long-term conditions in a range of rehabilitation settings from Major Trauma to veterans. I provide personalised assessments, neuropsychological assessments for emotional or behavioural challenges esepcially linked to trauma as a result of serious and catastrophic injury. I am able to work from the client's context, using data from other professionals and the network around a client.

I work with a range of modalities including narrative, CBT, third wave CBT informed work (particular CFT), EMDR, strengths-based and integrative approaches. Understanding therapy goals and working alongside a client is core to my practice.

I also have experience working with long-term health conditions not related to trauma including but not limited to IBS, IBD, functional disordered eating and liver disease.
