About me

I am a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who has extensive experience working with complex trauma and populations. I am passionate about utilising psychology to work alongside other professionals to reach the individuals' end goals.

My passion and specialism mostly revolve around offering trauma support to individuals who have long-term conditions in a range of rehabilitation settings from Major Trauma to veterans. I provide personalised assessments, neuropsychological assessments for emotional or behavioural challenges especially linked to trauma as a result of serious and catastrophic injury. I am able to work from the client's context, using data from other professionals and the network around a client.

I work with a range of modalities including narrative, CBT, third wave CBT informed work (particular CFT), EMDR, strengths-based and integrative approaches. Understanding therapy goals and working alongside a client is core to my practice.

I also have experience working with long-term health conditions not related to trauma including but not limited to IBS, IBD, functional disordered eating and liver disease.
