Hi I'm Lesley. I'm an Integrative Counsellor/Psychological Therapist with over 20 years of experience of working with clients who would like to make changes in their lives.

I am an Accredited Member with BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and am committed to upholding professional, ethical standards.

I work both in person and online and offer an initial 20 minute touch point session over the phone for you get get to know me and my way of working and to ask any questions.

I am personable and adaptable and feel truly honoured to accompany you on your therapeutic journey.
