About me

I am a Psychological Therapist with over 16 years' clinical experience in mental health care, working in both the public and private sector.

I provide trauma informed psychological therapy to help clients identify and address the early experiences which have led to the development of the emotional distress they are experiencing in the here and now.

I provide a neurobiological approach (brain and body), which educates clients on the structure of the nervous system and helps them to understand why they feel the way they do. The first step towards healing is an understanding that our bodies are responding exactly as they should, given the trauma, adversity and negative experiences that we are exposed to.

Creating a foundation of safety within the therapeutic relationship is paramount, and so the most important factor in supporting and guiding somebody's healing journey is to simply be a compassionate soul.

Please note: I currently only provide remote sessions via video call.
