About me

Hello, My name is Amy.

I am a qualified TA (Transactional Analysis/humanistic) psychotherapist, which focuses therapy on the whole person, and the uniqueness of each individual. My belief is that everyone has worth and deserves respect and we all have the capacity for self-change with the right support.

I run my private practice in a peaceful and comfortable garden room setting in Godstone, Surrey with over 7 years of experience (1,600+ client hours).

Our sessions are confidential and are a chance for you to share in a safe, judgement free space - online, telephone or in person.

My sessions are free of judgement and I welcome any topic. My aim is to empower you to find your answers and bring about the change you want.

I sometimes work alongside my therapy dog 'Ziggy' who is a fully assessed member of PetsAsTherapy charity. He is a gentle soul who has a fine attunement to people and their emotions. He is always happy to sit in on a therapy session to offer his support for those who request it (free of charge).
