About me
Tania Mattock is an Osteopath treating, rehabilitating and helping prevent many musculoskeletal and visceral concerns in teenagers, adults and the elderly. Her BUPA London clinics are in Dolphin Square, Pimlico (SW1V 3LX) and Blackheath (SE3 7EU).
She takes time to listen, test and diagnose before treatment in the first appointment. She sees that patients have greater benefits from understanding and being involved in their treatment decisions and aftercare.
Treatment is often a combination of hands-on structural, visceral and cranial techniques. Tania may also use dry needles and Kinesio tape, give exercises, rehabilitation and lifestyle homework.
She has a master's degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy, and Woman's Health studies from the Molinari Institute of Health. She is registered with the General Osteopathic Council and Institute of Osteopathy.
When younger (!) Tania worked in business development for City law firms, was as a professional studio photographer, and has also completed the London to Brighton bike ride and trained as a body builder.
