Areas of interest

I work with over 18s in all areas of distress. I work from an attachment informed and developmental context and believe that our past holds the key information to our current areas of disease., be that relationally with others, or ourselves. I believe that it is helpful to learn from this, not to dwell on it, and to find ways to navigate the world we inhabit as adults in new and enlightened ways, letting go of patterns, restricting self-beliefs, and potentially harmful behaviours.
I work with many areas, and work with the individual uniquely and not the presenting 'symptoms' to find a way through whatever it is that they might be struggling with.
