About me

I offer a supportive and relational therapeutic space as both a clinical supervisor and integrative counsellor, drawing from extensive experience in short-term and ongoing therapy.
My practice is dedicated to nurturing emotional wellbeing and resilience for adults, adolescents, and professionals from all walks of life. Whether you prefer meeting in person or online, I provide psychotherapy and counselling tailored to your individual needs, as well as clinical supervision for fellow practitioners.
In addition to my work with grief and relationships, I frequently support clients experiencing depression and anxiety, offering strategies to help manage symptoms and restore balance. I am also mindful of the ways in which culture and spirituality may shape an individual's experience, and I strive to create an inclusive environment that honors diverse backgrounds and beliefs, integrating these important aspects into the therapeutic process as appropriate.
Central to my work is a deep commitment to helping clients navigate grief and relationship challenges, areas where I have particular expertise and passion. I recognize how loss - through bereavement or significant life changes - and the complexities of relationships can shape our emotional world. My approach is compassionate and sensitive, offering thoughtful guidance and support as you process grief and build healthy, meaningful connections.
I also offer specialised support for young adults and families facing difficult behavioural issues, including aggression, coercive control, and anti-social behavior.
My goal is to collaborate with you in understanding these challenges and to foster positive growth and lasting change within a safe and caring environment.
