About me

As an experienced Clinical Psychologist and Performance Coach, I specialise in developing personalised strategies to help individuals overcome mental health challenges and achieve peak performance, ensuring a balanced approach to overall wellbeing.

My methodology is deeply rooted in advanced neuroscience and clinical psychology, where I convert scientific insights into practical, actionable tools. These tools are designed to enhance mental health, optimise performance across various domains, improve decision-making capabilities, and elevate emotional intelligence. I address prevalent challenges such as imposter syndrome and procrastination, facilitating a growth mindset that promotes effective team engagement and eases transitions into new roles.

Clinically, I have a keen interest in addressing performance anxiety, managing addiction issues (including dependencies on pornography and social media), and navigating life transitions. I also focus on personality disorders, avoidant coping strategies, interpersonal conflicts, medically unexplained symptoms, and issues related to low self-esteem.

I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all clients, including those in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, ensuring everyone feels empowered to lead balanced, purposeful, and fulfilling lives through tailored therapeutic interventions.
